Birds Deas Vail

A song that i’ve been enjoying a lot lately. Hope you like it too.

“And I learned what is obvious to a child. That life is simply a collection of little lives, each lived one day at a time. That each day should be spent finding beauty in flowers and poetry and talking to animals. That a day spent with dreaming and sunsets and refreshing breezes cannot be bettered. But most of all, I learned that life is about sitting on benches next to ancient creeks with my hand on her knee and sometimes, on good days, for falling in love.” —Nicholas Sparks, The Notebook.

Dream.

Last night I had the weirdest dream. It was actually weird that I even had one because I never have dreams. But this one freaked me out and kept me up all night. I was shopping in the mall with a women who was my mom, but wasn’t my mom in real life. It was like 8 in the morning and my “mom” said that we needed to go home because she had things to do. As we were walking out of the mall I saw my friend Christina, from when I was younger, all grown up but she looked at me as if she didn’t recognize me. It went dark and switched to my mom driving in her car on the high way, but I wasn’t with her. I was overlooking her car from the outside. All of a sudden she takes out a gun and shoots herself in the head and her car spirals out of control crashing into a bunch of other cars. It goes black again and switches to my mom laying on a stretcher with me as a cop standing beside her. Her body is extremely pale and isn’t cut up at all from the crash, but she has the bullet hole in her head. Then her lips start moving and she says, “my head hurts diana.” But she said it in a way that made it seem like I had to relieve her of her pain somehow. I dunno. It really creeped me out and I wanna know what it means.
